5. Equipment introduction:

5.1uncoiler:

² function: Used to bear the strip coil, which rotate actively,to open the coil by coordinate with the shovel knife and feed the strip topinching&leveling machine

² construction: Composed of floating centerizeddouble-conehead frame, carrier roll assembly, shovel knife device and supportroll.

5.2Pinching&leveling machine:

² function:used to level the strip and feed it toshearing&buttwelding machine and the delivery machine

² construction:double-roll pinching, five-roll leveling. Pinchingroll is hydraulic lifting, leveling roll is turbine lifting

5.3Shearing&buttwelding machine:

² construction:is composed of frontal&rear pressing plate and the butt welding table thatcan be moved wholely

² function:tocut the plate end&tail off then to butt welding

5.4Electric side guide:

² construction:is composed of side guide and its base, of which, the side guide is screw guidetransmission that driven by motor
