1. Forward:

Pipe bevelling machine is used to bevel thewelding groove and face both ends of pipes according as the requirment. It hastwo bevelling head which are at the same axle line, each bevelling head isequiped with bed box, cutter and clamping device etc, the cutter is equipedwith bevelling knife and facing knife, and the bevelling knife is floated androtated, and then could do the bevelling process of pipe.

3.Technical Process

Untilthe pipe come to the rack before the bevelling machine, while working, thetrolley deliver the pipe to bevelling machine, and then the left & rightclamping base on the clamping deive clamp the pipe which are drived byhydraulic pressure, the feeding speed of bed box is AC motor frequency control.The bed box quickly entry until the knife of cutter is about 3mm to pipe ends,automaticallyturn to bevel and face pipe. After this action, open the clamping device, thetrolley takes away the pipe. Next circulate.

4.Equipments instruction

4.1Motor system

Thebevelling machine is equiped with two sets power packs, which are respectivelyconsisted of main motor, big&small belt wheel and belt etc.The main motordrag the gear system on the bed bos and face plate to rotate through belt.

4.2Bed box

Thecutter is rotated by motor through bed box, according to the processed pipediameter, adjust ing the rotary speed could keep the rotary speed of cutter incertain scope, which could ensure that the cutting speed of cutter be ~100m/min.The bed box is consisted of AC frequencycontrol motor, reducer and lead screw etc. The cutter is connected with themain axle of bed box.

4.3 Clamping device

Twoclamping devices are respectively fixed at the based of two sides. Used toclamp the pipe ends, and make it no-rotation. The upper clamping base is drivenby the two hydraulic cylinders to clamp, and the down clamping base &clamping ring are fixed, adopt diffirent clamping ring according as differentdiameter.

4.4lifting roller device

Thismachine is equiped with lifting roll device, used to lift the pipe to cutterrotating&cutting center and align the pipe ends to end facing position.

4.5hydraulic system

Thismachine is equiped with two sets hydraulic systems, which is consisted ofhydraulic pressure station, all kinds of control valves, tube line, pump andmotor etc. the system pressure: 16Mpa, work pressure 10 Mpa. This system is thesource power of all hydraulic cylinder.

4.5.1this system should be equiped with reliable cooling device, to ensure the oiltemperarure be within 55 ℃.

4.5.2all the parts of this system ashould be Chinese LUX products.

4.6electrical control system

Thismachine is equiped with one independent electrical control system, which isconsisted of two control stands and two control cabinets.
